If a separate Services Agreement or Contract is signed, that agreement controls in the event of conflict. These Terms apply to all purchases and website interactions.
TechLauncher provides Google Business Profile creation, optimization, and related local visibility services. Services are delivered digitally. TechLauncher is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Google controls search visibility and may change policies or algorithms at any time.

How is revenue measured?

Client must:
• operate normally during the 6-month period
• respond to leads in a reasonable timeframe
• continue offering the same services and pricing
• Revenue calculation is based on:

Payments are due prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final unless a written guarantee applies.
TechLauncher may contact you regarding optional future services. Acceptance is voluntary.
TechLauncher is not responsible for third-party performance, pricing, or outcomes.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered. We are not responsible for Google suspensions, policy changes, or competitive impacts.
Services may be refused or terminated for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
All systems, workflows, strategies, templates, and optimization methodologies remain the intellectual property of TechLauncher LLC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
These Terms, together with any signed agreement and posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechLauncher LLC.
